We are excited to announce our second ‘Ask me anything’ event with Rachel Liu, Lead Service Designer at Pearson Education.

The event will take place on:
November 20th – 8pm (GMT)

Rachel will be answering questions on transitioning into UX from other disciplines, Service Design and anything else you want to throw at her.

About Rachel

Rachel is currently a Lead Service Designer at Pearson Education who specialises in international research and strategy for learning products and services.

She took an unconventional path to UX 7 years ago. With a computer science background, she was developing technology solutions. A few years later, she decided to follow her passion in design and took the first leap. This took her on a journey of self-learning and finding mentors to guide her as she develops her confidence to transition in UX. Rachel now mentors for She Leads Change, Design Club and UXPA to help the future generation.

How to join

Full details will be posted on our Slack community closer to the time.
